✈️ Executive Summary – AFRICA TRAVELS™

Africa Travels™ is a next-generation Pan-African airline headquartered in Douala, Cameroon, designed to connect Africa directly with the world through safe, efficient, and ethically managed intercontinental air transport for passengers, cargo, and express logistics.

The company’s mission is to restore African presence and ownership in global aviation, creating a sustainable network that links Africa with the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Its vision extends beyond transportation — to reinvest profits into African talent, training, and infrastructure, ensuring long-term autonomy and social impact.

Africa Travels™ will launch as a full-service carrier operating both long-haul and regional feeder routes, complemented by freight and parcel logistics under the brand Africa Xpress™. The airline will also develop charter and humanitarian services, and establish training and maintenance divisions to strengthen local aviation capacity.

Initial operations will commence with six aircraft — four wide-body passenger jets (Boeing 787-9 or Airbus A350-900) and two dedicated freighters (Boeing 767F). The airline’s three strategic hubs will be Douala (main), Accra (West Africa), and Madrid (Europe), creating a triangle that connects African economic centers to major international markets such as São Paulo, New York, Dubai, and Beijing.

The African aviation sector currently relies heavily on non-African carriers, which handle over 75% of intercontinental traffic. Africa Travels™ will address this imbalance by offering direct, African-controlled routes, competitive pricing, superior onboard service, and an integrated digital platform for passengers and cargo.

Projected startup capital is approximately USD 120 million, combining equity from institutional and sovereign investors with structured leasing arrangements. The airline targets break-even within 24–30 months and profitability by Year 3, driven by modern fleet efficiency, digital-first operations, and disciplined governance.

Africa Travels™ will emphasize sustainability, transparency, and empowerment. It will adopt IFRS accounting standards, implement carbon-offset initiatives, and prioritize equal-opportunity employment across its network. Its long-term objective is not only to generate profit but also to set a new benchmark for African excellence in global aviation.

By Year 5, Africa Travels™ expects to serve over two million passengers annually, generate revenues exceeding USD 1.4 billion, and achieve an EBITDA margin above 15%. Through innovation, integrity, and purpose, Africa Travels™ aims to become the world’s most trusted African airline brand — uniting continents, cultures, and opportunities under one flag.
